A: This is not true. HSC has maintained the same name since its inception, and we have no intention of changing it.

A: This is absolutely not true. In China, our insurance policies are underwritten by Generali or Ping An, both of which are top-rated global insurers. HSC does not bear any financial risk in this regard, so there is no possibility of financial difficulties.

 

Q: How many teams do you have within HSC? Is there a team called LeAn?

A: HSC has only one team in China, specializing in high-end medical insurance. We do not have a team called LeAn. If anyone claims to be from HSC and suggests that LeAn is another name for our company, that is fraudulent.

 

Q: Is it true that anyone can use the HSC logo?

A: This is completely false. The HSC logo is a registered trademark in several countries, including the UK and Singapore, under the WIPO Madrid System. This trademark is protected in all member states, including China. HSC China has exclusive authorization from our headquarters to use the trademark in Mainland China.

A: Yes, we do. HSC regularly reviews our direct billing facilities, and after a recent review, Body & Soul has been reinstated on our direct billing list. Any member with an HSC physical or e-card can enjoy direct billing at any Body & Soul clinics.
